This room is on the top floor. There are two twin beds suitable for foreign students, working person/couple, traveler and volunteers who are searching for a peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. This is a fully furnished bedroom with a bathroom. You can cook your food yourself, there is a big shared kitchen including all kitchenware, oven, fridge, toaster, etc. There is a big dining area and a bar with a traditional sitting area. House Rules:
1. Check-in time is from 13:00PM and checkout time is before 12:00 AM.
2. Advance payment on check-in. 
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage in room and other open/shared spaces of the house.
4. The use of drugs or engagement in illegal activities is strictly forbidden in the house. 
5. House owner will be not responsible for any losses, theft or any damage of the guest’s life, property, equipment, etc. due to natural disasters or by any circumstances inside or outside the house.
6. Smoking is allowed only outside the room on the balcony or terrace only.
7. Pets are not allowed, we have a couple Husky, named DJ and CoCo.
8. Outside shoes are not allowed inside the house.
9. Guests are not allowed to bring unauthorized individuals into the house.
