Furnished air-conditioned double bedroom on the 1st floor. We have one queen-size bed for students, couples, or volunteers looking for a peaceful, secure place to stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. This is a fully furnished bedroom with an attached bathroom. You can cook your food yourself; there is a spacious SHARED kitchen including all kitchenware, oven, fridge, toaster, etc. There is a big dining area and a bar with a traditional sitting area. We provide electricity, cooking gas, and drinking water. No Worries about your laundry; there is a washing machine on the top terrace. You can enjoy your free time watching Netflix or HD channels in our big open living room on the ground floor. We also have a gym room with a TV and music system where you can do your daily workout. You can stay from 2 nights to a year or more.

House Rules:

  1. Check-in time is from 1:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
  2. Full payment is required at check-in.
  3. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the room and shared/common areas.
  4. The use of drugs or engagement in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings or property due to natural disasters or any other circumstances, either inside or outside the house.
  6. NO Smoking, it is only allowed outside the room, on the balcony or terrace.
  7. Pets are not allowed; however, we have a couple of Huskies named DJ and CoCo. 
  8. Outside shoes are not permitted inside the house.
  9. Unauthorized individuals are not allowed in the house.
